comfortable cabins but amenities need attention
The one-bedroom cottage was cozy, allowing my family to relax after a day of exploring. The variety of activities available kept my kids entertained, which was a huge plus. The beautiful landscapes surrounding the hotel offered perfect spots for family photos and outdoor fun. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food options – every meal exceeded our expectations.
The resort felt a bit too far from the main attractions, which limited our convenience.

The modern facilities at Firefall Ranch blend rustic charm effortlessly. My one-bedroom cottage felt comfortable, with a nice bed and spacious bathroom. The pool area offered a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the stay had its drawbacks. The location felt isolated, being 30 minutes from Yosemite's entrance. Construction noise disrupted the peace during the day. it felt like being in the middle of a building site. Housekeeping left much to be desired – upon arrival, cobwebs greeted me, and several cleanliness issues persisted throughout my stay. I also encountered a few service hiccups, particularly regarding coffee orders needing extra utensils every time. Overall, despite the beautiful setting and lovely design, improvements in housekeeping and to the dining service are necessary.

The one-bedroom cottage delivered a cozy retreat with spacious lounging areas. Stunning views of trees promised a peaceful backdrop, especially from Cabin H10, which offered good afternoon sun and a sense of privacy.
Housekeeping fell short, with noticeable cobwebs and unclean areas upon arrival, and it was frustrating to find no bath mat after freshening up our room. The offered dining options lacked quality, with overpriced meals and undercooked items leaving much to be desired, along with drink orders often arriving late or incorrectly prepared.
